The Co-Hearts
will have completed the second training module and looking to the future with one thought. What now? What’s next?
Who are the Co-Hearts? Some of the most amazing godly women I know. We are a small group with a single heart. To know God and serve Him well. Calling ourselves Co-Hearts reminds us of what we are doing.
Shepherding women.
We have a particular focus…training for multiplication and coming alongside. We want to help women further develop their gifting and skills through effective training for shepherding and leading.
It has been a journey for us. Paradigm shifts in our teaching and speaking, in our ministries as older women as we have committed ourselves to life long learning. To be available for His use.
We come together, a small trusted group to learn to train. Together we learn and stretch. Then we invite others to come to work hard to learn and be trained to be more effective shepherds.
I have been changed through this process. To be transformed into Christ likeness, well, there is just nothing to compare because it is so good. Not always easy but so good!
Not all of us are older women. There are a few younger ones who we are mentoring as they train and lead right along side us.
Last year the Co-Hearts sat around a round table in a beautiful room in the home of a fellow Co-Heart. There was synergy! God was bringing our hearts and dreams together. To continue and to grow. He was putting together a team to intentionally move forward with shepherding, training and multiplying.
We are going to take those desires and dream and cast a vision. We will be fearless! Then we are going to set goals and plan the next steps. We are going to ask women to work hard to learn, to practice what they learn and to hone their gifts to be more effective in leading others toward transformation into Christ likeness.
Dreaming big.
It’s kind for new for me to actually say those big dreams aloud. It was scary. I was afraid of saying it and standing out there all by myself. It didn’t happen. As we shared that day I heard the Co-Hearts speaking the vision I was just sure God had been showing me. Then I heard more. I almost wept.
Dreaming big.
Are you afraid of sharing your big dream? What do you fear?
blessings, linda
