Reminder We all Need

Do you need a reminder Jesus does love you?

Our girls…

Have you been looking for Him?  Or has He made Himself known just at the right time?

Years ago in Naval Post Graduate School Chapel family,  a man shared how he was struggling doing the dreaded “TAXES”.  Struggling.

His daughter came into the kitchen to give him her good night kiss.  She was about 9.  She stepped to the back of his chair and curled her sweet arms around his neck as she leaned in.

“Jesus loves you.”  

A kiss on the cheek and she was off to bed.

He was reduced to tears.  He felt the presence of Christ through that hug and those words.

“It was like Jesus was there.  She became Jesus to me in that moment.”

Jesus loves you. 

Has He shown you Himself and you missed it?

Or did you recognize Him?

Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children; and walk in love,  just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma. Ephesians 5:1
