Just let that sit for a moment.  It is a pressure filled world out there!  Pressure to conform and go along.  Real or self imposed. It doesn’t get any easier with age.

Sometimes I am in a position that means I am involved in decisions making that go against the world.

Conforming, going along with the pressures of the world is easy yet uneasy in myself.

What a great way to engage with a passage of scripture. God frequently shows me areas that my thinking has molded to the shape of the world. I’m grateful for the transforming power of the Holy Spirit at work within my heart.

Looking at the hard questions can really stretch our faith, can’t it, Linda? Much to mull over here! Our aim is to live transformed lives as we become more and more conformed to the image of Christ. Thank you for this stimulating food for thought and questions to wrestle with. In seeking answers we may find ourselves digging deeper into God’s word, listening closer and praying more earnestly, and that can only be a good thing. Bless you.
